What to check before package?
Regarding the wood splitter, we have many years of production experience, and the main components are produced in our own factory, which can ensure the quality. Secondly, our wood splitter has several key inspection stages,
1) Sealing test of the hydraulic oil tank (affects the service life of the oil tank)
2) Maximum pressure test of the oil cylinder (unit is MPa, the oil cylinder reaches the specified pressure value)
3) Tire pressure test (the whole machine is assembled and the tire continues to work for 3 days)
4) Pressure test of high-pressure tubing (40Mpa, to detect whether a leak occurs)
5) Control valve pressure test & control valve automatic return test & pressure relief capability test
